Eastmoor Swim & Tennis Club Saturday Skills & Drills Intermediate

Saturday Morning Drills are aimed to give players an opportunity to hit a lot of balls with basic instruction on strokes. There will also be live ball drills to give players experience in point play. Some drills may raise cardio levels so be prepared to get a sweat in! This is for high 2.5 to low level 3.5 players.
