Cardio Tennis is back! This class is all about repetition and agility movement. You can expect to see fed drills that are fast paced with agility ladders or movements before getting back in line. You can also expect to see live ball drills with continuous movement. Needless to say you're going to work up a sweat! This is a high intensity class for 3.5 and beyond players.
